My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while reasonably good and clean, had some drawbacks like being on the top floor with no lift facility, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. The weak soundproofing and limited WiFi were also slight letdowns. However, the service was very polite, friendly, and helpful, making up for some of the room-related shortcomings.

Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious with a nice balcony offering stunning views of the lake and mountains, providing a cozy and convenient stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff attending to our needs promptly. The location right on the shore of Thunsee was amazing, offering a tranquil setting with beautiful surroundings. The dining experience was pleasant, with delicious meals served in a picturesque setting. However, some aspects like the availability of dining tables could be improved.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and offered beautiful mountain and lake views, plus they came with breakfast included and vouchers for bus and boat rides, but they felt cramped for us, especially when setting up a cot inside as the building had a 'Motel style' layout. The service was polite, cooperative, friendly, and attentive, even when there was a slight issue with the Booking confirmation. The restaurant and breakfast provided were top-notch, and the laundry service and tours/ticket assistance were very helpful. However, the dining options could be improved. The location was simply stunning, nestled in a corner of Interlaken with magnificent views of Lake Thun, providing easy access to explore the area, though being near Interlaken meant it was a bit challenging to prevent water from coming out of the shower stall. The pier and bus stop right outside the hotel were convenient, eliminating the need to drive. The dining experience offered varied options, with fresh and delicious choices, but at times, guest behavior affected the availability for others. Overall, the stay was enjoyable despite a few drawbacks.
